White Bell Pepper
White bell pepper is a thick-fleshed, sweet pepper with a mild flavor and crisp texture. Fruits are square-shaped. Each pepper measures four to five inches in diameter. The flesh and skin are actually a pale yellow-white color, translucent, very beautiful.
Pepper plants love hot weather, ideal temperatures to start seeds are 60-70ºF. Start indoors, as seedlings grow slowly, delay planting out till the soil is warm.
Space plants about 18” apart. As soon as the nights are warm they will grow vigorously.
Keep the soil evenly moist, especially when the fruits are developing. Let fruits change color and mature on the plant for the best tasting peppers. Break the ripe peppers off with care - the branches are often brittle and you do not want to break them.Days to Maturity: 70-75
